CollapseCause
An incorrect entry has been configured for the HTTP or HTTPS Proxy
CollapseResolution

Use the following steps to resolve:

  1. Open the Universal Device Service administration console.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on HTTP or HTTPS Proxy.
  4. Properly configure the name of the proxy server, the proxy server must be a server or IP address.
Note: Do not specify a URL or a PAC.
    • Good example: server.domain.com
    • Bad example: http://server/proxy.pac
    • Bad example: http://server.domain.com
CollapseAdditional Information

With a misconfigured HTTP or HTTPS Proxy server, the administrator may also encounter errors when removing users. The administration console may error out with:

The system could not delete the user account. Please refresh the page and try again.

The core logs for that error would display the same as this:

,Message: The remote name could not be resolved: 'http'

When the HTTP or HTTPS proxy is misconfigured, the Work Space tab should also fail to connect when clicking the Test Connection.
