CollapseOverview

When attempting to edit a user in the BlackBerry Administration Console, the logged in Administrator account is not presented with options to carry this out. Though the users are listed in the console, there are no options to edit the settings or properties for any user.

When attempting to log in to the console with a non-BAS-Authenticated Security Admin account, the login attempt fails and the following error is displayed:

The capabilities associated with your account have changed.

While this issue occurs, the BlackBerry Administration Service will log entries that include the terms:

[com.rim.bes.bas.web.common.binding.BASInterpreter] [WARN] [BBAS-2050] {u=1, uc=0, o=0, t=3874} Error getting EASId property for com.rim.bes.bas.dto.types.BASCapabilityEnum.EASId
