CollapseAdditional Information

Before attempting the full synchronization process, please ensure that the CSV file Fields match with the same type of field mappings within BlackBerry Desktop Software.

In addition, some third-party applications that could also create a CSV format type file may not create the same type of field mappings that the BlackBerry Desktop Software could recognize.

Please ensure the CSV file is closed prior attempting the synchronization. This would allow the entries within the CSV file to be properly synchronized to the BlackBerry smartphone.
