Security has been enabled on the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card of the BlackBerry smartphone.

To disable the SIM Security:

  1. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options.
  2. Click Advanced Options.
  3. Click SIM card.
  4. Press the Menu key and click Disable Security.
  5. Type the Security PIN number.
