The Initial Microsoft SharePoint Site URL field is used to type the URL that you want displayed when the BlackBerry® Client for Microsoft® SharePoint is started for the first time on a device. 

The Microsoft SharePoint Site Name field is used to provide a label for the Initial Microsoft SharePoint Site URL when the BlackBerry Client for Microsoft SharePoint is started for the first time on a device. 

CollapseCause

If a user opens the the BlackBerry Client for Microsoft SharePoint on their device prior to receiving the IT Policy which has the Initial Microsoft SharePoint Site URL field populated correctly this field will not be displayed on the device

CollapseResolution
Ensure the IT Policy which has the Initial Microsoft SharePoint Site URL field configured is assigned to the user before the user opens the BlackBerry Client for Microsoft SharePoint for the first time. If the client has already been opened on the device, even once, and then the IT Policy is applied to the user account this entry will not be populated.
CollapseWorkaround
Have the user manually populate the SharePoint Site URL in the BlackBerry Client for Microsoft SharePoint.
