Subscription Details:
To access BBM Music™ for BlackBerry® smartphones Subscription Account information, follow these steps:
- Launch BBM Music
- Click the menu key and select Options
- Select Account Information
- Select Account Information again
Cancelling a Subscription:
To cancel a BBM Music Subscription, follow these steps:
- Launch BBM Music
- Click the menu key and select Options
- Select Account Information
- Select Cancel Service
Carrier Billing can be disabled by your BlackBerry® Enterprise Server administrator. The following error will be received when attempting to select Bill through carrier:
- This feature has been disabled by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator for more details.
