  • BlackBerry 10
CollapseEnvironment
  • BlackBerry 10 OS
  • BlackBerry Mobile Conferencing
CollapseOverview

The option to Join Now is not available, although teleconference details are included in the meeting details.

CollapseCause

The teleconference number(s) and access code(s) are not in a format that is understood by the BlackBerry 10 OS.

CollapseResolution

Only teleconference numbers and access codes that are in a format that is understood by the BlackBerry 10 OS will be detected and display the  Join Now option.

The formats that are supported are as follows:

Example 1:
Telephone number and access code (code is the key word):

1-800-333-4444
Access code: 2222

Example 2:
Telephone number combined with extension or access code in BlackBerry Friendly format:

1-800-333-4444x2222#

Example 3:
CCP or CCM tag (This is to be used if dialing internal extensions as the dial-in number):

CCP: 60000x2222#

or

CCM: 1720,123456,1234#

Note: Combinations of the above 3 examples may also be used. When creating a dial-in string, commas (,) can be used for pauses and exclamation marks (!) for waits.

Example 4: Multiple values for the same keyword(s):

If two different types of codes are used, then the detection is successful:

1-800-333-4444
Participant code: 2222
Moderator code: 1111

A Participant code and Moderator code were used, therefore detected successfully.

CollapseAdditional Information

Teleconference details will not be auto-discovered if conflicting access codes are present in the meeting:

1-800-333-444
Access code: 1111
Access code: 2222

Two different numbers for one type of code (Access code), therefore not detected.
