Customer is able activate the BlackBerry 10 smartphone on the BES10 successfully, however when entering the email account password a failure with the following error is displayed:
Certificate verification error
In some cases a security prompt may be seen on the smartphone, but clicking on Details or Continue does nothing.
When navigating to the Traveler web page, the details of the certificate are unable to be viewed.
