Media card not detected?

If a media card is not recognized by the smartphone, check the file system type. If the media card is formatted using a non-supported file system type, it will need to be formatted to a supported type as noted above in order to be used in the smartphone.

For steps to format a media card using the smartphone, refer to the device's User Guide and search for "format your media card".
