When attempting to move a BlackBerry device user to a new BlackBerry Enterprise Server using the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter tool, the following error appears in the console:

If the above error occurs, please follow the below checklist.
1) Verify the SQL connection
Using the BlackBerry Server Configuration Panel, select the Test SQL Server Connection to confirm if the BlackBerry Enterprise Server can successfully connect to the BlackBerry Configuration Database. If the test fails, verify if the SQL Server is online.
2) Verify the BlackBerry service account has the correct SQL permissions
Grant the Windows account the correct SQL permissions as per the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administration Guide and BlackBerry Enterprise Server Installation and Configuration Guide for the proper BlackBerry Enterprise Server version and mail platform located at www.blackberry.com/go/serverdocs for the Windows account attempting to complete the migration process.
3) Verify the authentication method that is being used
Confirm that the correct authentication method is used or change the Authentication Method from SQL Authentication to Windows (Trusted) in the BlackBerry Server Configuration Panel on both the source and destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server instances.
