The letter D appears beside the BlackBerry smartphone user's sent PIN message, but the message is not received on the recipient's BlackBerry smartphone.
The firewall on the recipient BlackBerry smartphone is set to block incoming PIN messages.
To prevent the firewall from blocking incoming PIN messages, perform the following:
- From the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options.
- Click Security Options.
- Click Firewall.
- Clear the PIN check box.
- Display the menu and click Save.
