The audio can be choppy and calls may not connect when a call is placed using the Voice over Wi-Fi® transport with BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System (MVS).
The issue could be related to one of the following causes:
- Insufficient network connectivity
- Bandwidth optimization issues
Enable Quality of Service on the Wi-Fi router or access point. For more information, consult the documentation supplied with the Wi-Fi router or wireless access point. Alternatively, consult the vendor of the Wi-Fi router or access point.
