While connected to a BlackBerry® smartphone using BlackBerry® Bridge, a user opens the BlackBerry Messages application under the BlackBerry Bridge panel. The user attempts to change to a Microsoft® Exchange mailbox folder other than Inbox. Instead of a list of message accounts(BES, BIS) and their associate subfolders, an empty dialog is presented to the user.
Steps to reproduce:
Open the Messages application under the BlackBerry Bridge panel.
Click on the grey menu drop-down(white arrow pointing down) in the upper-left hand corner and select View Folder.
The Select Folder dialog will appear, but empty.
This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available. Please contact support for further information
The users Exchange mailbox may contain many other user added folders other than Inbox, Deleted Items and Sent Items being used to archive message items. These added folders may exist at the same level as the Inbox or, as subfolders under Inbox. The high number of folders may be causing a rendering issue in this particular dialog.
