The Gmail® application on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet does not always respond to tap gestures, and requires multiple taps in order to respond to the request.

This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
CollapseWorkaround

The following workarounds are available:

  1. Tap on an option once, and allow the Gmail application time to respond to the request.
  2. Tap multiple times on the option until the Gmail application responds to the request.
