When attempting to access the media card on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet from the BlackBerry® Bridge™ Files application, the media card does not appear. Other symptoms of this issue may include not being able to open attachments within the BlackBerry PlayBook Bridge messages application.
CollapseCause
The BlackBerry smartphone does not include a required module net_rim_vad.
CollapseWorkaround
Perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software ensuring that Voice Activated Dialing is included in the reload.
