When using Facebook for BlackBerry PlayBook v2.2.0.39, users may receive a message stating Unrecoverable error and the application closes unexpectedly.

To prevent this error from occurring, upgrade to the latest version of Facebook for BlackBerry PlayBook by performing the following steps:

  1. Open App World on the BlackBerry PlayBook
  2. Search for Facebook
  3. Tap on Facebook for BlackBerry PlayBook
  4. Tap on Upgrade
  5. Tap OK
