BlackBerry smartphone users who attempt to sign on to Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones receive an error We are unable to reach the Facebook server at this time (0) after updating to Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones 3.0.0.15.
This issue has been resolved in Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones 3.0.0.17. Upgrade to the most recent version of Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones.
If BlackBerry App World is still showing Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones 3.0.0.15 as the latest version of Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones available for the BlackBerry smartphone, follow KB24714 in order to clear the BlackBerry App World cache in order to downgrade Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones.
