When logging in to Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones on a BlackBerry Curve 9330 or 9310 the following error is displayed:

We cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try again later. (100)

                or

We cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try again later. (0)

In addition, when logging in to Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones the following error might be displayed:

Twitter services are currently unavailable

This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available. Please see the following workaround below.

Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to a Wi-Fi network in order to use the Facebook and Twitter applications.
