CollapseOverview

Work Apps deployed from BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 that require access to web resources do not function as expected if authentication is required for a proxy server. If attempting to access Public Apps through the Work App Catalog in BlackBerry World - Work the following error is displayed:

Your proxy credentials are invalid. Please contact your network administrator

Other Work Apps will display various error messages and behave differently depending on how the application is designed.

CollapseCause

BlackBerry 10 OS does not currently support integrated and basic authentication through a proxy server for Work Apps deployed through BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.
