This issue can cause SQL Server Process IDs (SPIDs) to block for an extended period of time on the following command:

(@P0 bigint)select jobtaskent0_.taskId as col_0_0_ from BASJobTasks jobtaskent0_ where (jobtaskent0_.onHoldCallbackPlugInId is not null) and jobtaskent0_.onHoldCallbackPlugInId<>-1 and jobtaskent0_.jobId=@P0

Contact BlackBerry Technical Support Services for the appropriate steps to work around an SQL Server Process ID block.
