Customers who are using BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2, 10.2.1, or 10.2.2 cannot access user details or administer users who are activated on Universal Device Service.

CollapseImpact

When an administrator clicks on a user name, an Unable to get user details message appears. When the administrator clicks OK, the user's account opens but no user details are displayed. This issue was caused by an automatic device metadata update that occurred on June 10th, 2014.
